Join a Growing, Energetic Team!

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a driven, resourceful, and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to help us identify, engage, and attract top talent for our growing organization.

This is not a recruiting role where we simply wait for applications to come in. We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding great people, building talent pipelines, and actively pursuing candidates through networking, recruiting platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.

If you enjoy connecting with people, are naturally curious, and thrive on uncovering talent that others may overlook, we would love to meet you.

At Paul Davis, our mission is to provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need following water, fire, mold, storm, and other property disasters. Our people are the heart of what we do, and we are committed to maintaining a positive, family-focused culture built on teamwork, integrity, and growth.

This position is expected to work a swing-shift schedule of approximately 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM to support recruiting responsiveness and improve candidate connection during the most active application hours.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed, networking, referrals, social media, industry groups, and other creative sourcing methods
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct outreach to passive candidates and generate interest in career opportunities
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who align with position requirements and company culture
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration
  • Coordinate interviews and help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs
  • Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, networking opportunities, and community outreach efforts
  • Support onboarding activities and recruiting administration
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records
What We're Looking For

  • One to three years of recruiting, staffing, sourcing, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
  • Strong sourcing instincts and a willingness to actively seek out talent rather than relying solely on inbound applicants
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, sending outreach messages, and building relationships with prospective candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and create positive candidate experiences
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable using recruiting technology, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passion for connecting great people with great opportunities
What Success Looks Like

  • Building strong candidate pipelines before positions become urgent
  • Consistently identifying quality candidates through proactive sourcing efforts
  • Creating positive candidate experiences that strengthen our employer brand
  • Helping hiring managers fill positions efficiently with high-quality talent
  • Bringing new ideas and creative approaches to talent attraction
Benefits

  • PTO – Paid Time Off and company-paid holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Paid professional and industry training
  • Career growth opportunities within a growing organization
Come join our talented and motivated team working together to provide customers with extraordinary care while serving them in their time of need—and help us continue building an amazing company culture with great people.
