Position Overview
We are seeking a well-rounded, skilled tradesman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone experienced across multiple trades who is comfortable working in occupied residential environments and delivering clean, high-quality repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform drywall installation, patching, and repairs
- Match and apply texture finishes seamlessly
- Complete interior painting and touch-ups
- Install and repair flooring (LVP, laminate, hardwood preferred)
- Perform finish carpentry (trim, baseboards, doors, cabinetry adjustments)
- Handle general repair tasks in residential settings
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, especially in occupied homes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in drywall, texture, and paint repair
- Strong finish carpentry skills
- Flooring installation and repair experience
- General handyman or multi-trade background
- Experience working in occupied homes (highly preferred)
- Carpet repair or installation experience (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
