Customer Service Extraordinaire: Delight our guests with your upbeat attitude and unwavering support. Your positive energy will ensure that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.
Warm Welcomes: Whether in person or over the phone, your friendly demeanor will set the tone for a positive experience. Smile, make eye contact, and extend a warm greeting to all who enter our space.
Master of Multitasking: Juggle incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle administrative tasks with finesse. Your ability to prioritize and stay organized will keep our operations running smoothly.
Guardian of the Front Office: Maintain a pristine reception area, conference room, and common spaces. Your attention to detail will showcase our commitment to professionalism and excellence.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Exceptional punctuality and attendance record
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic proficiency with standard business equipment
Skilled in multitasking, time management, and task prioritization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
