Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Facilitate administrative functions to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, ensuring timely distribution while managing costs effectively.
  • IT Liaison: Serve as the onsite point of contact for our external IT service and employees.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage Apple cell phone and iPad programming, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Act as the IT point of contact, supporting employees with technical needs and maintaining inventory.
  • Backup receptionist duties as needed.
  • Calendar management and meeting scheduling.
  • Oversee continuing education programs and apparel inventory.
  • Ensure license renewals and office plant care.
  • Provide oversight of janitorial services and office supplies.
  • Support executive assistant and leadership team as required.
  • Manage purchase and disbursement of office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Technologically proficient, with familiarity in MS Office (experience with Visio preferred).
  • High school diploma required; BS/BA in office administration or related field preferred.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
